Before we cut a single panel, you get a free 3D mockup that shows the finished cooler from every angle: seams, liner color, logo placement, and hardware. Approve it, request a change, or iterate as many times as you need. Nothing goes to production until the mockup matches what you pictured, and there are no setup fees for the artwork or the sampling.

We design in the US and manufacture at our own factory, so the insulation, lining, and stitching are ours to control — not a catalog blank we slap a logo on. Every insulated cooler bag is built around a closed-cell foam core with a food-safe, leak-resistant liner that wipes clean and holds melt water instead of soaking into your gear. In-house material sourcing means we can dial the wall thickness, liner gauge, and exterior denier to the performance and price you need.

Low minimums make a custom run realistic whether you need a few dozen or a few thousand, and in-house QC checks every batch for seam integrity, zipper function, and liner seal before it ships. Design-to-delivery is handled under one roof, so there's a single point of accountability from the first mockup to the loaded pallet.

Exteriors run from rugged 600D and 900D polyester to waxed canvas, ripstop nylon, and recycled RPET for sustainability-minded programs. Liners are food-safe PEVA or TPU, thermally bonded and leak-resistant, over a closed-cell foam insulation layer sized to your cold-hold target. Hardware — zippers, buckles, D-rings, straps — is spec'd for the abuse a full cooler takes.

Decorate with embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, debossing, or woven patches. We'll recommend the method that survives condensation and repeated washing for the fabric and placement you choose, and confirm exactly how it lands on your 3D mockup.
