Most fully custom orders require a minimum of 250-500 units. Our Fast-Track MOQ is 50 units. There is no MOQ for adding your logo to one of our On-Hand Bags.
Once your order is finalized, lead time is typically 90-120 days. If we add your logo to an existing product we have in stock, the turnaround is 3 weeks.
Yes, you will receive samples of your bag until we get it perfect. Samples can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on the materials we source. Please note that sample time is added on top of production time.
First-time orders require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% balance due when the order ships.
After the first order, alternative payment terms may be considered based on a completed credit application and established order history. All payment terms are subject to review and approval.
We accept all major credit cards. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. We also accept checks and ACH/wire payments.
Your pricing is all-inclusive. We handle all the design work for the bag and packaging, digital mockups, shipping, tagging, and even product photography (upon request).
