If your product is accepted, the program includes:
Up to 3 free samples
Standard decoration — screen print, heat transfer, sublimation, or embroidery — is included. Anything more custom is always quoted in writing before you are charged.
A dedicated project manager
One point of contact from first sketch to sample delivery. No getting bounced between departments.
Credited toward production
Move forward with a qualifying production order within 12 months, and your full Program Deposit is credited toward the total. It is not a sunk cost — it is a head start.

Before you start
What happens before I pay the Program Deposit?+
Submit your product idea for review first. If it is a fit, we will schedule a short call to discuss feasibility, what sampling may involve, and any potential extra costs. We send the enrollment link after your project is accepted, and payment is due before development begins.
Is the Program Deposit refundable?+
No. It is non-refundable because it pays for real development work and reserves your sample capacity. If you move to production within 12 months, it is credited in full toward that order.
What if my product needs custom materials or hardware?+
That may carry an additional sampling charge, but we will always notify you in writing before any charge applies — never a surprise.
Do I own my designs?+
Your logo, brand assets, and anything you provide are always yours. Molds and tooling built to produce your product are owned by Uinta, which is standard for manufacturing partnerships. If you ever want to take production elsewhere, a straightforward buyout option is available.
How long do I have to use the Program benefits?+
12 months from the date you pay the Program Deposit.
